PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Goal-oriented approach to exercise designed to enhance an athlete's physical capabilities—such as speed, agility, power, and strength. This training emphasizes optimizing movement mechanics, reducing injury risk, and improving performance through structured, scientific, and sport-specific, protocols.
We have programs for those who are early in their athletic journey to those that are more advanced and are looking to gain an edge on the competition.

Classes will be help between 4:30 and 7:30 at 700 Old Country Road in Plainview
Dates for classes are the following 4/22, 4/29, 5/20, 5/27, 6/3 & 6/10
Small Group Session
- Four Athlete Minimum / Six Athlete Maximum
- $50 Per Athlete Single session Sign up
- $300 per Athlete for Six-week
Private Session Cost (1 on 1)
- $100 Per Athlete Single Session sign up
- $600 Per Athlete for Full Six-week
All athletes will receive a free 30 minute evaluation where we will discuss personal goals and perform a baseline fitness evaluation to
build a personalized training program. This will be a 6 week program available from 4/22-6/10. Each Training session will be 1 hour.
P.E.A.K Program - Performance, Efficiency, Agility and Kinetics.
Please note Evals are not included in the 6 week program dates and will be scheduled after sign up!
Advanced Classes (12 & Up)
This program is designed for athletes who may be familiar with strength and conditioning training but are looking to elevate their sessions, receive personalized programs and reach their peak performance. All athletes will receive a free 30 minute evaluation where we will discuss personal goals and perform a baseline fitness evaluation to build a personalized training
program from. This will be a 6 week program available from 4/22-6/10. Each Training session will be 1 hour. P.E.A.K Program - Performance, Efficiency, Agility and Kinetics.
